- Age 16 or older
- Persons with a significant change in functional status resulting from a medical problem or problems.
- Persons who are medically stable and able to participate in rehabilitation activity.

How to Make a Referral
Referrals to Whittier Rehabilitation Hospitals in Bradford and Westborough may be made by contacting our Central Admissions Office:

A representative is available between hours of 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., seven-days-a-week. After 10:00 p.m., a message may be left with the answering service for the next business day.

Medicare and Insurances Accepted
- We accept Medicare and Medicaid patients with rehabilitation needs who may require longer lengths of stay.
- We accept most workers compensation and insurance plans, including a wide range of major HMO’s and PPO’s, including, but not limited to:

The Whittier Rehabilitation Hospitals are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
