Administrative Staff
BOB IANNACO, P.T. - Administrator Bob has been Administrator of WRH since May, 1998 and prior to that had been the Director of Rehabilitation at Whittier for 5 years. A 1988 Graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Physical Therapy, he began his PT career at Whittier in 1988. In addition to his responsibilities of managing the day to day operations at Whittier, Bob is Chairman of the Board of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce.

PAUL A. LIGUORI, M.D. - Medical Director / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Dr. Liguori earned a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey and a Doctor of Medicine Degree from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. Dr. Liguori completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation and a Master of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Dr. Liguori is board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a consulting physician at the Wound Healing Center at Anna Jacques Hospital. He is involved in training of residents in Rehabilitation Medicine as Assistant Clinical Professor at Boston University School of Medicine, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.

MALCOLM J. MURDOCH, M.D. - Staff Physician / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Dr. Murdoch earned a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude from Southern College of Seventh-day Adventists in Collegedale, Tennessee and a Doctor of Medicine Degree, AOA (Alpha Omega Alpha) from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. Dr. Murdoch completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation and a Master of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington. He has been with Whittier since 1995.

JOAN C. BREEN, M.D. - Staff Physician / Neurology Dr. Breen graduated Cum Laude in Biology, Harvard College, Cambridge, MA and Dartmouth Medical School. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at Miriam Hospital, Brown University, her Neurology Residency and a fellowship in Cerebrovascular Disease at Tufts New England Medical Center. Dr. Breen has recently been active as Medical Director of the Neurology Day Rehabilitation Program at Portsmouth Regional Hospital as well as Medical Director for the Seacoast Visiting Nurse Home Health Agency in North Hampton, NH. Dr. Breen leads Whittier’s Stroke Rehabilitation Program.

MARGARET M. HUNT, D.O. - Hospitalist / Internal Medicine Dr. Hunt received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and her Master of Science in Radiopharmacy from the University of Southern California, College of Pharmacy. She completed her Osteopathic Internship at Cranston General Hospital and her Medicine Internship and Residency at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Her professional experience ranges from Pharmacy at Harvard Medical School, Joint Program in Nuclear Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital to Medicine at Valley Medical Associates in Methuen, MA. Dr. Hunt is currently certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

DANIEL TOLLMAN, M.D. - Hospitalist Dr. Tollman received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at the Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, received his M.D. at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed his Residency at Tufts University Family Practice. His professional experience includes EmCare Hospitalist at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA and Lynn Community Health Center Walk in Clinic, as well as being on the Senior Medical Staff at Lahey Clinic. Dr. Tollman was also an Infantry Captain in the United States Army. Dr. Tollman is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

PATRICK P. BARBIER, M.D. - Staff Physician / General Practice Dr. Barbier received his Doctor of Medicine in Paris France. His professional experience in France includes Teaching/Attending Physician at Universite Kremlin-Bicetre, Paris France, Physician in Charge at Ferrari Retirement Home/St. Joseph Hospice, Clamart, France. Dr. Barbier has been on the Active Medical Staff of Whittier since 1985 as well as on the staff at Anna Jaques Hospital Health Stop Clinic in Georgetown and Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport. He also maintains a private practice and belongs to the Massachusetts Medical Society and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

DAGMARA OSMANSKA-JAC, M.D. - Staff Physician / Board Certified Internal Medicine Dr. Osmanska-Jac received her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the Medical Academy of Wroclaw, Poland. After moving to the United States she completed her Internship and Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Her professional career included the Bellville and the S.R. Burzynski Clinics in Texas, and the Respiratory Consultants of Houston. Dr. Osmanska-Jac joined the Medical Staff at Whittier in 2008 and is currently certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. |

SANDRA SENNO, M.D. - Staff Physician / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Dr. Senno received her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Illinois. She completed internships at both Pitt County Memorial Hospital Dept. of Pathology and at Norwalk Hospital, Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Senno’s Chief Residencies were at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center (Clincal Pathology) and at Tufts University Medical Program (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation). Her professional career has taken her to Saints Memorial Center, New England Rehabilitation Hospital, Palm Manor Skilled Nursing Facility-Genesis Healthcare, Medical Experts and Consultants, Inc., and finally to Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in 2008. Dr. Senno is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

ADAM J. LAFERRIERE, PA-C - Physician Assistant Mr. Laferriere earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and an M.S. Physician Assistant Degree from DeSales University in Center Valley, PA. His clinical experience includes rotations at the following hospitals and healthcare centers: Lehigh Valley Hospital, Bethlehem, PA; St. Luke’s Hospital, Quakertown, PA; St. Luke’s Allentown Family Health Center, Allentown, PA; Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown, PA; Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, PA; St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, PA. His healthcare experience spans from Research Assistant at Mass Bay Community College, Wellesley, MA, to Cardiac Catheterization Lab Assistant and EKG Technician at Caritas St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Boston, MA. Mr. Laferriere is ACLS Certified and belongs to the AAPA and MAPA.

JOHN V. TURCHETTA, MD - Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Dr. Turchetta graduated from Boston College, obtained a Masters of Physiology from Georgetown University and received his Doctor of Medicine from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Nursing & Rehabilitation
JENNIFER R. SPRAGUE, RN, CRRN - Director of Nursing Services Jennifer was Unit Manager from July ’04-April ’06 at Whittier. Before assuming her current position, she worked in the Merrimac Valley area for 26+ years in various healthcare positions, beginning as CNA at Whittier in the early eighties. She obtained her L.P.N. in 1989 and her RN in 2003 from Rivier College, where she was on the deans list.

HEIDI (HYUNOK) DO, DNSc., RN, CRRN - VP of Quality and Patient Care Services Dr. Do began her career at Whittier in 1990 as Director of Nursing Services at Whittier Rehab Hospital-Haverhill. In 1992, she became the VP of Nursing Services and in 1995 she received an award from the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses for Nurse Executive Award. She then filled the vacant position of VP of Patient Services at the Haverhill facility and migrated into the expansive role at our Westborough facility. In 2002 she moved to Korea to become VP of Nursing Services at Severance Hospital in Seoul and in 2003 she was recruited by the hospital to oversee the operation of the nursing department with 1800 nursing employees for the new hospital building. She also contributed to the creation of an innovative working environment in Korea; the development of standardization of nursing practices and introduced the concept of continuous improvement. Now back at Whittier, Heidi will also be responsible for improvement of network Outcomes.

LAURIE FAUST, OTR/L - Director of Rehabilitation Services Ms. Faust is a certified Occupational Therapist who has been at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital for the last eight years. Over this time period, Ms. Faust has been a staff Occupational Therapist, Pediatric Clinical Specialist as well as Pediatric Clinical coordinator and Occupational Therapy Clinical Specialist. Laurie is responsible for both inpatient and outpatient Services at the Hospital. Her responsibilities include management of daily operations of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, Communication Disorders as well as integrating the inpatient and outpatient departments into the primary function of the facility. Laurie obtained her degree in Occupational Therapy from University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH.

Medical Care EvaluatorsTRACI AUBIN - Manager of MCE, OTR\LTraci Watson Aubin is a 1994 graduate of the University of New Hampshire. She started working at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital as an Occupational Therapist and the supervisor of the student education program. She moved to the Medical Care Evaluations team in 1998, and was promoted to the manager of the MCE's in January of 2003. She has covered all of the Seacoast, Merrimack Valley, and Lahey Clinic. DEB DEBLOIS, RT Deb Deblois graduated form NECCO in 1979 with a degree in Respiratory Therapy. She worked at Hale Hospital in the Respiratory Department and in the Cardiac Lab administering stress tests until she came to Whittier in 1988. She was a staff respiratory therapist working both inpatient and outpatient; because of her exemplary skills, Deb was promoted to staff manager in 1998 and then transferred over to the Medical Care Evaluations Team in 2002. Deb covers the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. KRISTIN D'EON, MPT Kristin D'Eon received her undergraduate degree from UNH in 1993. She then pursued further studies and achieved a graduate degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 1996. Kristin spent the next 6 years as a Physical Therapist in the Boston area with hands on experience in home care and acute care. Kristin started her career as a Medical Care Evaluator in September of 2002 and has been the liaison responsible for covering the lower Merrimack Valley territory. CYNTHIA VAUGHN, MCE Cynthia Vaughn has a degree in Biochemistry from Regis College in Boston. She moved on to earn a graduate degree in Radiological Sciences from UMass Lowell in 1997. Following her studies she worked for 7 years as an Admissions Director in two skilled nursing facilities in Boston. She started working for the Whittier Health Network covering the Boston territory in September of 2002
